We didn’t feel very welcome because the first question was to pay a deposit of 100 euro in case we have used the mini bar or damaged the room. The air-conditioning was broken down in the hole hotel. The lady at the reception promised us that they were working very hard to solve the problem, but the air-conditioning did not work even after 5 days and we didn’t see any technician. We are sure that the air-conditioning was shut down in total to save money, because we were not in the high season (May). Because of this, we had to sleep with the windows open. The hotel is situated at one of the main roads of Praag, 4 lanes wide. So we didn’t sleep at all because of the traffic en the gasses. A pity, because the hotel is well situated and all the points of interest can be reached by walking. The room was big, clean an everything seems to be new. Also the breakfast buffet was very good. But, what is the benefit of a hotel room when you can’t sleep because of the heath or the noise and gasses. This hotel is not worth the 4 stars.

Breakfast was good. Enough choice of different kind. Close to Wencenslav square and the main train station (15 mins walk). Clean towels.
I had the room on the fifth floor. The elevator which is veeeery slow goes upto 4th the floor only. So, I had to carry my luggage (no help from personnel) on the staircase. Roof windows overlooked the busy and noisy street. Hardly figured out how to open them. The shower basin was not cleaned during my stay (2 nights). Although the bathroom was attended. I am used to more smiley personnel. Although, the receptionist were helpful. The building seems quite old. Although the furniture was quite good.

It is ideally located with only 5 mins walk from Wenceslas Square and 10 mins from the station. Modern well equipped bathroom - bedroom was fine but just a bit gloomy.
There is no public space as such to relax and there is no food or drink offering other than breakfast. The area/street it is located in is very quiet at night so individuals might feel a little nervous but I had no problem during my two night stay.

We like position of the hotel, amability and very good comportamet of mrs. Irina from the reception of hotel, verry good breakfast.
1. Price very high of the bottle with drink water in the room comparative with the hotel from other countries when it receive this without money. 2.It is necessary to have possibility to remain 2-3 hours more in the room when the fly is very late (after 7 days in the hotel) without money.
